How do I send a return?
Visit our returns center.
Enter your order number and email address to get started
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Which goods can be returned?
Wandersson Sports has 1 year open purchase. Product that is returned must be unused and in the original box and with labels remaining.
(Does not apply to electronic products/machines)

Which goods are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Discounted items (specified at time of purchase)

The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

Can the goods be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased goods for optional variants. Once the exchange request has been approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.


What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
Refund to original payment method
Gift card refund (if applicable)

How do I return the goods?

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of approval.

Right of withdrawal
We apply a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel a purchase of a product, you need to register it here within 14 days from the collection date. The cost of returns depends on the choice of shipping method. You have the right to open the packaging free of charge and check that the product is working. However, you as a consumer are responsible for any reduction in value of the product, including original packaging, which is due to handling beyond what is required to determine the product's nature, properties and function. When invoking the right of withdrawal, reimbursement is made to the same payment method that was chosen at the time of the order. As a consumer, you have the right to a refund within 7 working days from when we received the package. You do not have the right to apply the right of withdrawal to processed products.


Refund
In case of return, we make the refund to the same payment method used at the time of ordering or gift card in the store.

Complaint
As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to complain. If the product is damaged or broken, you make a complaint request within a reasonable time, but no later than two months after the fault has been discovered.

You can easily and conveniently make a complaint request by registering it in our returns center.


An assessment of the complaint is made without undue delay no later than 7 non-holiday weekdays after a registered complaint request and if the complaint is approved you will be refunded to the same payment method that was used at the time of the order no later than 7 weekdays after we received the complaint.
