The customer receives their order sent as a package via partners. At what time the applicable shipping cost that is added appears on the Website. If the package is broken upon delivery, the package must not be redeemed. Instead, Wandersson Sports must be contacted via customer service, which will primarily take care of sending new goods and secondarily crediting the Customer.
When the order is very heavy or bulky, the package usually cannot be sent to the partner's parcel agent. Instead, Wandersson Sports will arrange shipping to Customer with partner's home package. At what time the applicable shipping cost that is added appears on the Website. It is important that the Customer enter a correct telephone number where the Customer can be reached during the day and evening. If Poståkeriet does not get in touch with the customer, a notification is sent out by post. Delivery takes place in accordance with partners' delivery times. Deviations for rural courier lines may occur. Delivered packages cannot be left at the gate but must be checked and acknowledged. Poståkeriet only delivers to the gate or plot boundary and is not responsible for goods being carried up to the apartment door.
The customer has the right to redeem the package seven (7) days from the notification being sent via e-mail and/or if possible SMS. For all packages that are not redeemed, Wandersson Sports reserves the right to charge the Customer a fee corresponding to the costs incurred for return shipping, shipping and actual handling costs.
